On the front tail is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored by Champion Exclusively for the Utah Jazz." Attached below is the "2001-2002" flag tag. Next to that tag is the "CHAMPION" size 52 manufacturers wash tag. Attached below is a "+4 LENGTH" flag tag. Across the front is the team name "JAZZ" in purple and blue on white tackle twill. Below that and on back is the player number "32" in purple on white on green triple tackle twill. On the back is the player name "MALONE" in purple tackle twill. On the upper left chest is the "NBA" embroidered logo. On the upper right chest is the “NBA 9/11 Unity” patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
