Future Baseball Hall of Fame inductee Albert Pujols is a two-time World Series champion and a three-time NL MVP award winner. In 2009, Pujols earned the award by hitting .327 with a league-leading 47 home runs and 135 RBI. On the front left tail is a “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with a size “52” flag tag. On the left inseam is a “100% POLYESTER” size “52” tag with washing instructions. Across the chest reads, “Cardinals” in red and navy blue chain-stitching with the team’s logo of two birds standing on a bat above in yellow, navy blue, red and white chain-stitching. Player number “5” appears on the front and on the back. Across the back reads the player name, “PUJOLS”. These are done in red on navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the grey jersey. Above the player name is an official “MLB” logo embroidered. On the left sleeve is a “MLB All-Star Game 2009” patch with a “Majestic” logo embroidered below. The tail has been custom cut and is straight tapered across the bottom, a trait of Pujols gamers. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an additional LOA from Rob Steinmetz.
