On the left front tail is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" manufacturers tag. Attached is the size "50 100% Polyester" flag tag and “2002” strip tag. On the front left chest is the "INDIANS" logo patch in red, silver, navy blue, and white embroidery on navy blue tackle twill. On back is the player number "65." Across the back is the player name "LEE" on a white blue nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in red on silver on navy blue triple tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official “MLB” logo patch. On the front right chest is the “JW” patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
