Mario Lemieux was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame immediately after his first retirement, waiving the normal three-year waiting period. His impact on the NHL has been significant. Lemieux won two Stanley Cups, an Olympic gold medal, and two World Cups of Hockey. On the inside rear middle tail is the “CUTTING EDGE SPORTS 2003-04 SET #2” manufacturers tag. On the left inseam is an Air-Knit materials and washing instructions tag. The fight strap is intact. Inside the rear attached to the collar is a “MADE IN CANADA” size “56” flag tag with the player number “66” written on it in black marker. Adjacent above this is a “CCM” “AUTHENTIC ON-ICE GAME JERSEY” tag. Across the front is the team’s "Penguin" patch. Adjacent is the captain’s "C" logo done in black on gold on black tackle twill. On the back and on both sleeves is the player number "66." On the back is the player name "LEMIEUX" on a white nameplate. These all are done in black on gold on black tackle twill. On the back below the collar is the “CCM” logo embroidered. On each shoulder is the team “Penguin” triangle logo patch. On the rear bottom right tail is the official “NHL” logo. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use.
