These autographed Presidential items come to us from Orel Hershiser who obtained them in person throughout his career in baseball. LVS W248 Orel Hershiser game bat signed on the left barrel by President Richard Nixon (deceased) who added the inscription “Good Luck To Orel” in black marker rating a 7-8. Bat has player number “55” on the knob end with some bat rack streaks, EC-NM overall; same LVS W248 Hershiser model game bat, signed on the front barrel by President George Bush (Senior) in blue marker rating an 8-9, player number “55” on the knob end in black marker, bat rack streaks are present; Official 1988 World Series baseball signed on the sweet spot by President Ronald Reagan (deceased) in blue marker rating an 8-9. Signature is bold, ball shows some toning and was signed while Reagan was President, VG-EX overall. The lot is accompanied by a LOA from Orel Hershiser as well as a LOA from JSA for the signatures.
