Drawn up by the Osborn Engineering Co. of Cleveland, Ohio, for the construction of Yankee Stadium, this blueprint is dated twice, once in 1921 and then again in 1923 with the notation "revised." It lays out the plans for the mezzanine level, complete with refreshment stands and restrooms. In contrast to the more commonly available blue print copies that are available in the hobby, this is an original off of which the copies would have been made. Framed to measure 28" x 40" overall. The hand drawn print is in excellent condition, showing light wrinkles and toning as would be expected. A fabulous historical piece from "The House That Ruth Built."
