Highly important two-page ALS "Fidel", 4.25" x 6.25", to fellow revolutionary Pedro Luis Diaz (Diaz would later head Cuba's Air Force before defecting to U.S.) with interesting content regarding, among other things: length of landing field southwest of Cienaguilla to which could come a plane "...exactly like the one destroyed..."; Castro's leaving for Las Vegas, hoping to see Diaz before, having 10,000 pesos he wants to send with Diaz. Early Castro ALS dark, bold signature and entire writing, offering exceptionally unique content. This lot comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
