It has been signed by 14 members of the American League squad, including Nolan Ryan, Bo Jackson, Kelly Gruber, Ruben Sierra, Jeff Leonard, Jeff Russell, Mike Greenwell, and others. The blue Sharpie signatures rate 8 or better and are done on a near-mint bat. The autographs come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
