Hideo Nomo left Japan to sign with the Los Angeles Dodgers for the 1995 season, bringing with him a bizarre wind-up that fans loved and hitters hated. He was all but untouchable that year, winning 13 games, posting a 2.52 ERA, and earning the National League Rookie of the Year Award. This soiled ONL Coleman baseball was used on June 2, 1995 in his first win which was recorded at Dodger Stadium vs. the New York Mets. All pertinent game information has been professionally lettered onto the ball and it comes with a letter on team stationery from their former equipment manager.
