15 years ago nobody thought a young left fielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates would one day hit 73 home runs in a single season. In the waistband of the 1988 road pants is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with size "32." Next to that tag is another reading, "Bonds 24 88 32.5 32", and attached to that tag is a white flag tag reading, "Set 2 1988." In the waistband of the 1990 home pants is the "Rawlings" tag with size "34." Next to that tag is another reading, "Bonds 24 90 34.5 34", and attached to that tag is a white flag tag reading, "Set 1 1990." The length of the pants appear to have been custom shortened. The pants show good game use and appear to have no alterations other than the shortened length.
