In 2001, Jim Thome eclipsed Hal Trosky's 1936 club record for homers by a lefty. This beat out Albert Belle as Cleveland's all-time home run leader. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic" manufacturer's label. Below this is a white label reading 100% polyester as well as the jersey size "48." On the right sleeve is the "American League 100 seasons" embroidered patch. On the left sleeve is the "Chief Wahoo" team logo embroidered patch. Across the front of the jersey is the city name "Cleveland" done in red on blue on white tackle twill. On the back is a nameplate with the player name "Thome." Above the player name, on the neck, is the major league logo patch. Below the player name is the player number "25." The player name and number are done in red on white tackle twill. It shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
