The 6" x 9" booklet is in excellent condition with only a few scratches on the cover. It has been signed in blue ink in the upper left corner by baseball legend and participating bowler Babe Ruth, his signature rating a strong 9. Ruth's signature comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
