The TWA Ambassadors Club is a perk afforded to frequent flyers and those selected notables who fly with this particular airline. It seems back in the day that there was an occasion on which several of baseball's greatest old-timers took to the sky and were allowed to hang out in the club beforehand. Present that day was a young lady by the name of Joan who took the time to have them sign an Ambassadors Club registry. Signers include Ty Cobb, Ray Schalk, Jimmie Foxx, Lefty Grove, Tris Speaker, Frank Frisch, Charlie Gehringer, and Bill Dickey. To add to the charm of the piece, many of those who signed added their hometown and three have personalized their script. Accompanied by two original 8" x 10" black and white photographs of Mrs. Joan with her famous friends that display beautifully together. The autographs are signed in a variety of inks rating from 7 to 10 and come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
