Mr. Cub, Ernie Banks, surely played more than two in this cap which dates to the mid-1960s. On the front is the embroidered "C" in red and white stitch. The size "7" has been stamped onto the inside sweatband next to the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag. Banks' jersey number "14" has been written on the underside of the brim in vintage black marker. The cap shows nice use and is a fine representation of Mr. Cub.
