Baseball was still relatively new to the West Coast in 1962, so when the Giants won the pennant that year, California fans recognized it as a monumental feat. This excellent condition, cream-colored Warren Giles ONL ball has 27 signatures from members of that '62 pennant-winning Giants team. Two of them, Dark and Mays, are stamped signatures. The other 25 signatures are in blue ink and include Cepeda on the sweet spot; Mateo Alou, Peterson, Pierce, Felipe Alou, Larsen and McCovey on one panel; Davenport, Kuenn, Perry, Haller and Hiller on a second; Orsino, Pagan, Miller, Garibaldi and Boles on a third; and Nieman, Duffalo, Bailey, Bowman, Bolin, McCormick and Sanford on a fourth. The signatures rate an average of 9 and come with a letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
