These cufflinks were awarded to Elston Howard following the Yankees' American League pennant-winning 1963 season. They have a classic design on the top with the "Yankees" top hat logo inset with faux diamonds, rubies, and emeralds inlaid within the design. "American League Champions" is written around the edge of each in raised lettering. Each is stamped "14K Balfour" on the reverse. They show little if any use and are a beautiful remembrance of the Yankees dynasty. From the estate of Elston Howard.
