One of three Boyer brothers to reach the majors, Clete ranked as a top AL defensive third baseman during his eight years with the Yankees. In the neck of the jersey is a white felt patch with the name "Boyer" in blue chain stitch. On the left breast is the "NY" logo and on the back is the player number "34." Both the logo and the number are made of blue felt. The logo has been restored and the number has been changed and restored. The manufacturers' tag and the year tag are missing. There is a small tear next to the logo. The jersey shows game-use and with the exception of the above-mentioned changes, appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
