A star on his high school and college teams Wilt Chamberlain made his Professional debut in 1960 winning rookie of the year honors. It was a sign of things to come as he put together one of the finest basketball careers ever. This practice jersey was used by Chamberlain sometime during his four year stay with the Philadelphia 76ers. The blue/yellow reversible practice jersey has "Phila. 76ers CHAMBERLAIN" in ironed on letters. On the lower left tail is an "XL" size tag. The shirt shows nice use. Also included in the lot is Chamberlain's Basketball Hall of Fame induction certificate. It is house in a blue leather folding case with "Wilton N. (Wilt) Chamberlain" on the front in gold lettering. The card itself is in excellent to near mint condition and reads "Be it known that Wilton N. (Wilt) Chamberlain is Enshrined, Basketball Hall of Fame 1978." It is signed by Curt E Gowdy, then president of the hall.
