Pete Maravich's accomplishments earned him a huge following in his home state of Louisiana, and he counted as his acquaintances several notable Louisianans. One of these admirers and friends was local legend Jim Moran, a Runyonesque character. Moran gave "Pistol Pete" this 14K gold ID bracelet during their friendship. The bracelet has a nameplate with "Pistol" engraved on top and the reverse bears the inscription "To 'My Main Man' I luv you Jim Moran." It is in excellent to near mint condition. The bracelet has been in the Maravich family since the day Moran gave it to Pete, and it comes with a letter of authenticity from Pete's wife, Jackie Maravich.
