On the left front tail of the jersey is the "REEBOK" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are four additional flag tags indicating the jersey size "52", "LENGTH +4", "2004-2005" and "Playdry". Across the front of the jersey is "HEAT" in red on black tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "3" in the same red on black tackle twill. In silver marker located within the back number “3” is “Game used ‘05“ rating an 8+. Across the back is the player name "WADE" in black tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. It is accompanied by a LOA from Rich Altman of Hollywood Collectibles, who is the exclusive representative of Dwyane Wade and a Full LOA from JSA.
