John “Spider” Salley wore this jersey in game 4 of the 1988 NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers. Salley scored 4 points and added 4 rebounds in a 111-86 victory. On the front left tail is the Sand-Knit manufacturer’s tag with size “44”. Adjacent above is an additional manufacturer’s tag reading “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the DETROIT PISTONS”. Adjacent are two box tags reading the year “87” and “2” LB”. On the right inseam is a flag tag reading “100% NYLON” with washing instructions. On the upper left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “PISTONS”. Adjacent below and on the back is the player number “22”. These are screen printed in red on blue. Across the back reads the player name “SALLEY” applied with heat pressed vinyl in blue. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use with yellowing from sweat. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match.
