Offered is the baseball used to record Yastrzemski’s 2,800th career hit on July 3rd, 1978 at Fenway Park. Rawlings manufactured OAL Mac Phail baseball. Handwritten in black marker on the sweet spot is “2800 Hit”. The baseball shows good game use with scuffing and toning throughout. Accompanied by a LOA from the Yastrzemski family.
