Nike manufactured black Flywire sneakers with red trim. On the strap on the heel is Lebron James’ personal logo in red. On the right side of the heel is the number “6” in red. On the left side of the heel reads, “FLYWIRE” in red. The outside of each sneaker has a red Nike logo. The tongue of each sneaker has Lebron James’ signature printed in red. These sneakers are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show appropriate use. We were told by our consignor that these pair of sneakers were obtained from a source close to James. There are no insoles in this pair of sneakers, presumably removed for LeBron to use custom orthotics and/or inserts. James wore this this style and colorway multiple times during the 2011-12 NBA season, including the 2012 NBA Playoffs where the Miami Heat went on to win an NBA championship. Specific examples include on 5/6/2012 during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals versus the New York Knicks and 6/7/2012 for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals versus the Boston Celtics. As fans of basketball probably remember, Game 6 against the Celtics was one of the staple games in James’ career, as he scored 45 points to force Game 7, a game the Heat won to eventually lift them into an NBA Finals appearance.
