In 1939, George Sisler was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. One of the great early first basemen of his era, Sisler was the American League MVP in 1922 and a two-time AL batting champion. Manuf: H&B, Model Number: Side-written (no longer visible), Length: 36 in., Weight: 36.2 oz., Labeling Period: 1923-25, Condition: Cracked on the hand. Severe checking on the front and back barrel. There is a crack repair on the bat. There are ball/hit marks on the right and left barrel. The bat exhibits evidence of heavy game-use with good player use attributes. On the knob is PSA/DNA sticker “1B11629”. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA and an additional LOA.
