The jersey is sans manufacturing tagging due to a custom shortened tail. Below the inner rear collar is a white strip tag reading “99-50” in black. On the right inseam is the partially cut “100% NYLON” tag with wash instructions. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. On the left chest is the Browns “1999” inaugural season patch embroidered in orange, brown and white. Across the front, on back and on each sleeve is the player number “2”. Across the back is the player name “COUCH” on a brown nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in the same white tackle twill. On each sleeve is “puma” embroidered in white. The jersey is sans manufacturing tagging, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an additional LOA stating that the jersey was originally acquired from Dolphins collector Pat Catello, who at one time worked with the Browns equipment manager.
