On the front left tail is the “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” manufacturer’s tag with size “48”, wash instructions, the number “5” written in black marker and two flag tags reading “100% NYLON” and “6” EXTRA LENGTH”. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the front, on back and on each sleeve is the player number “21” screenprinted in gold. On each sleeve is the Russell “R” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the back is the player name “PHILLIPS” screenprinted in white on a blue mesh nameplate. Phillips has signed the “2” on the back of the jersey in black marker with the added inscription “#21”, in our opinion the large signature rates an almost perfect 10. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
