Just below the inner rear collar is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “44” and wash instructions. Adjacent to the left is another “Champion” tag reading “YEAR 1991”, “BODY LENGTH +2” and “SLEEVE LENGTH +2”. On the left inseam are two tags, one reading “100% NYLON” and the other with wash instructions. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the front reads “PORTLAND” in white on red tackle twill. On the front right tail is the “BASKETBALL CENTENNIAL” patch embroidered in red, white and blue. On the left sleeve is the Champion “C” also embroidered in red, white and blue. On the right sleeve is the Trail Blazers logo embroidered in red, black and white. Across the back reads “KERSEY” in white on red tackle twill. The jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion shows wear. Accompanied by an equipment manager LOA.
