On the front left tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with size “42” and wash instructions. Adjacent below is a white strip tag with “74 Set 2 42” in navy blue chain-stitching. On the inner rear collar is a white strip tag with the player name “Diorio” in navy blue chain-stitching. The player name “Don Fowler” is written in black ink on the collar as well. Fowler played for the 1975 Auburn Phillies who were affiliated with the Philadelphia Phillies. On the left chest is the Phillies “P” logo. On the right chest and on back is the player number “45”. All lettering and numbering is done in the same red chain-stitch embroidery on white tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use with additional wear attributed to use at the minor league level.
