On the front left tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with flag tag size “52”. On the left inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” tag with wash instructions. Between the second and third buttons are two corresponding pieces of velcro. Across the front reads “Astros” in maroon, black and beige chain-stitch embroidery. Adjacent below is the player number “22” in maroon tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Astros “Texas” patch embroidered in black, white, gold and maroon on maroon tackle twill. Adjacent below is the Majestic “M” embroidered in black. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in maroon, black and white. Across the back is the player name “CLEMENS”. Adjacent below is the player number “22” Both are done in the same black on beige on maroon tackle twill. Clemens has signed the “22” on the back of the jersey in silver marker with the added inscriptions “2004”, “CY 7” and “ROCKET”, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriately light use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
