The painting was commissioned by the Los Angeles Dodgers for the Very Special Arts Foundation, commemorating the Bicentennial of the U.S. Capitol Building. It was unveiled in the U.S. Capitol Building in 1993. Accompanied by a LOA from Orel Hershiser. This item will require additional shipping costs due to it’s size and weight.
