On the front left tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “44” and wash instructions. Adjacent to the left is another tag reading “DESIGNED & TAILORED BY Champion EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE UTAH JAZZ 1997-98” and “BODY LENGTH +2”. On the left inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” and “2” EXTRA BODY LENGTH” tags. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. On the right chest is the “NBA Finals” patch embroidered in black, gold, blue, white and red. Across the front reads “JAZZ” in light blue on purple on white tackle twill. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “14” in white on copper on teal tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “HORNACEK” in white tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
