Reggie Jackson screen-worn jersey from the 1988 action/romance “The Naked Gun”. Jackson plays himself as he is being mind controlled to assassin Queen Elizabeth II. Below the inner rear collar of the jersey is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with size “46” and wash instructions. On the front left tail is a white strip tag with the year “86” embroidered in black. Across the front reads “Angels”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “44”. Across the back is the player name “JACKSON”. All lettering and numbering is done in the same red on navy blue tackle twill. Jackson has signed the front of the jersey in blue marker with the added inscriptions “44”, “H.O.F. 93 - Feb 9, 95 - Mr. October” and “1986 Jersey”, in our opinion the signature rates a strong 9. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as screen-worn and in our opinion shows wear. “Rawlings” manufactured OAL Brown baseball. Penned on the north panel in an unknown hand is “This is game ball from Sept 17 1984 Calif Angels vs K.C. Royals 500 H.R. game - KC. 10 Calif 1”. The ball has been signed on the sweet spot in blue ink by Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson with the added inscription “44”, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The ball is in EX condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
