Enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005, Marino amassed many career accomplishments including nine Pro Bowl selections, the NFL Rookie of the Year in 1983 and NFL MVP in 1984. On the front left tail is the “Nike” manufacturer’s tag with size “54”. On the right inseam is the “100% NYLON” tag with wash instructions. Below the inner rear collar is a white strip tag reading “99-54” in black. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Adjacent below reads “Dolphins” embroidered in aqua and white. Across the front, on back and on each sleeve is the player number “13” in white on orange on marine blue tackle twill. On each sleeve is the “Dolphin” logo embroidered in aqua, white, orange and marine blue. Adjacent above each is the Nike “Swoosh” logo embroidered in white. Across the back is the player name “MARINO” in white on orange tackle twill on an aqua nameplate. Marino has signed the “1” on the back of the jersey in heavily faded black marker, in our opinion the signature rates a 4. At the bottom of the “1” is a “PSA/DNA” sticker with serial number “T42006”. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use with substantial yellowing and staining possibly from being displayed in a bar. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA from PSA/DNA.
