“Riddell” manufactured helmet. Adjacent above the right ear hole is the Riddell “R” with size “LARGE”. Adjacent further above is the “NOCSAE” recertification decal from 2007. Adjacent above each ear hole is a “WARNING” decal. “SCHUTT” manufactured grey facemask with an indecipherable code. The white plastic bumper reads “Riddell” in red, the two “SCHUTT” facemask clips both read “07 4”. White “Riddell” chinstrap is present. A tinted visor is attached to the facemask by two black clips with the Oakley “O” logo. On the back of the helmet is the player number “81” in white and red decals. Adjacent to the left is the official “NFL” shield decal. Adjacent above is the black circle decal with the initials “GU” and number “63” to commemorate the passing of Hall of Famer Gene Upshaw, former executive director of the National Football League Players' Association (NFLPA). An American flag and injury warning decal are also present. The backplate of the helmet reads “CARDINALS” in red. The Arizona “Cardinal” logo appears on the left and right sides of the helmet in red, black, white and yellow. We were told by our consignor that the helmet was sourced privately after the 2008 Pro Bowl. The helmet is properly labeled, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use with scuffing on the outer dome, as well as some transfer marks.
