Approximately 11” x 13.5” matted black and white photo of former President Dwight Eisenhower. The bottom of the photo has been signed by the President in black marker with the added inscription “To Joe Williams with best wishes from”, in our opinion the signature rates a strong 7. The matted photo is in NM condition. This photo was sourced from Joe Williams, famed sports editor and lead columnist of the Telegram. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA from the Williams family.
