Approximately 4” x 7” encapsulated Hall of Fame postcard. The front of the postcard features Frankie Frisch’s Hall of Fame plaque in black and white. The top of the postcard is signed by the Hall of Famer in black ink, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The postcard is in VG-EX condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and backed by PSA/DNA.
