Biggio was a 7-time All-Star, 5-time Silver Slugger and 4-time Gold Glover. He was recently inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame and is the only player to named an All-Star as a catcher and second baseman. On the underside of the brim is the “AMERICAN BASEBALL CAP” manufacturer’s stamp. On the inside of the helmet is an “american baseball cap” sticker with size “7¼” and the player number “7” written in black marker. On the back of the helmet is the player number “7” decal in white. Adjacent below is the “ABC” logo sticker also in white. On the front of the helmet is the Houston “H” logo sticker in orange and white. Biggio has signed the brim in silver marker with the added inscription “#7”, in our opinion the signature rates a strong 8. The helmet is properly stamped, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use with some transfer marks and numerous scuffing to the outer dome. On the inner rear waistband of the pants is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “34” and wash instructions. Adjacent to the right is a white strip tag reading “BIGGIO 91 34 24 1” embroidered in navy blue with a flag tag that reads “SET 1 1991”. Above the left rear pocket is the Rawlings “R” embroidered in navy blue. The pants are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show wear use with a large repair to the back of the right leg. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
