“BORSALINO” manufactured black fedora stage-worn by Frank Sinatra. Inside on the leather band reads “Borsalino MADE IN ITALY” and “ORIGINAL HOUSE FOUNDED IN 1857”. On the opposite side, “Frank Sinatra” is stamped with “CV” stamped above it. Size tag “7 ¼”. This hat is properly tagged, was presented to us as stage-worn and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Jack Sperling LOA, who was a professional drummer who played with Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Elvis, Louis Armstrong, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and others. The letter reads, “One night Frank took off his Hat and tossed it to me, while Dean tossed his to the Sax player Bob Jung and said you guys really need to get with it...After the show Frank told me as Dean told Bob to keep the hats for the rest of the engagement.”
