On the front left tail is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” size “52” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached are three flag tags that read “100% POLYESTER”, “2” EXTRA LENGTH” and “1996”. Across the front reads “BOSTON”. Player number “21” appears on the back. Above, player name “CLEMENS” is sewn directly onto the grey nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in the same red on navy blue tackle twill. Clemens signed inside the player number “2” in white pen and in our opinion, rates a 7. Adjacent is a Steiner Sports hologram sticker. On the left sleeve is a “Russell Athletic” logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
