The jersey is hemmed straight across the bottom with an elastic spandex hem and is sans manufacturer’s tagging. It was worn on January 1, 2012 vs. the Oakland Raiders. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “11-48 S”. The neck is custom opened. Player number “17” appears on the front, back and on both shoulders in navy blue tackle twill with a yellow and light blue embroidered border. Player name “RIVERS” appears across the back in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. Each sleeve is custom opened and shortened and features the “Reebok” logo patch. At the V-neck is the “NFL Equipment” logo shield with adjacent “CHARGERS” embroidered. The jersey was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Chargers COA. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
