“The Chief” was voted one of the NBA top 50 players of all time in 1996 and in 2003 was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame. On the left front tail is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with size “46”. Above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Boston Celtics” tag. Adjacent are two strip tags, “89” and “3”LB”. Across the front is “CELTICS”. Player number “00” appears on both the front and back. Player name “PARISH” appears on back. All numbers and letters are done in white tackle twill. On the left shoulder strap is the “Follow Through” black armband worn in memory of the owner’s wife who would tell Kevin McHale to “Follow Through” on his free throws. Below is the official NBA embroidered logo. Inside the rear waistband of the matching shorts is the “Sand-Knit” tag with size “38”. Player number “00” appears in black marker. Adjacent are the “Exclusive” tag and two strip tags, “88” and “3”LI”. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use.
