Player number “14” appears on both the front and back in purple on white on teal tackle twill. On the front of the road jersey is “JAZZ” done light blue on purple on white on bronze tackle twill against a sublimated mountain scene. Player number “14” appears on both the front and back in white on bronze on teal tackle twill. Across the front of the black alternate shirt is “JAZZ”. Player number “14” appears on both the front and back. All numbers and lettering are done in white on purple on bronze tackle twill.
