Inside the rear collar is the “A.G. Spalding & Bros.” manufacturer’s tag. Below are the size “44” and “Dry Clean Only” embroidered tags. On the left breast is “SOX” done in black on grey felt. On the front left tail is “E MALONE 50” done in black chain stitch sewn directly onto the jersey. On back is the player number “28” done in black felt. There are multiple team repairs on the back of the jersey. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
