These caps come to us from the collection of Rick Rhoden. Yellow pillbox Pirates cap with black brim. On the inner band is the “New Era” manufacturer’s tag with adjacent size “7-1/4” flag tag. Under the brim is player number “29” written in black marker; Navy blue NY Yankees cap, player number “26” written under the brim in black marker. On the inner band is the “New Era” manufacturer’s tag with adjacent size “7-1/4” flag tag. The caps show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
