After entering the league as the fifth pick in the 2003 NBA Draft, D-Wade was named to the All-Rookie team and the All-Star team the following seven seasons. In his third season, Wade helped lead the Miami Heat to their first NBA Championship in franchise history. He was named the 2006 NBA Finals MVP as he helped lead the Heat to a 4–2 series win over the Dallas Mavericks. On the front tail is the "REEBOK" manufacturer's tag. Attached are four additional manufacturers’ tags with the jersey size "52," "+4 LENGTH," "2004-2005" and "PLAYDRY". Across the front is "HEAT" in white on red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "3" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "WADE" in white tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. Autographed on the back number in black marker with “Game Used” added and rates a 9. “D Wade” Hologram is on the manufacturers tag.
