Inside the rear collar is the "Champion" manufacturers size 48 tag with wash instructions. Written on the tag in black marker is player number "21." Adjacent to that is another Champion tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for San Antonio Spurs BODY LENGTH +2 SLEEVE LENGTH 0". Across the front is "San Antonio" in white on teal sublimation. On the lower left front is the "Spurs" logo in white, black, teal, and grey sublimation. On the back is another "Spurs" logo screened as part of the jacket. Across the back is the player name "WILKINS" in white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "NBA 50th Anniversary" patch with the "Champion" embroidered logo below. On the right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
