On the left front tail is the "WILSON" manufacturers size 44 tag with wash instructions. On front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "63" in white on orange vinyl lettering. Across the back is the player name "HILGENBERG" in white on orange vinyl lettering on a navy blue name plate. On the left sleeve are the initials “GSH” in white on orange vinyl lettering. Navy blue elastic spandex sides and custom cut sleeves. A crotch piece has been added the bottom and has been partially cut. The jersey shows moderate game-use with a large team repair and besides the player customizations appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
