On the front tail of the jersey is the "RUSSELL" manufacturers size 48 tag with wash instructions. Attached are the “100% Nylon” and “6” Extra Length” flag tags. Above the manufacturers tag is the “90” felt year tag. On the front, back and on each shoulder is the player number "12" in white on black screen print. Across the back is the player name "CUNNINGHAM" in white screen print on a green name plate. On each sleeve is the official "Eagles" logo in screen print. Green spandex sides and custom quarterback sleeves. Autographed on the front number in blue20marker and rates a 2 (faded). The jersey shows moderate quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
