On the left front tail is an additional "Adidas" manufacturer's tag with the player number “24” written in black marker. Across the front is "LAKERS" in purple on white tackle twill. On the front and back is the “Adidas” embroidered logo. On the outside back collar is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the Lakers “60th Anniversary” patch. On the right sleeve is the “NBA Finals” patch. Autographed on front in black marker and rates a 9. The shooting shirt shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
