This award was presented to Nate Thurmond. It is made of wood and measures 12” x 16” with a gold plaque on front detailing Nate’s career stats with the Golden State Warriors. It has his number “42” raised up off the plaque as well as “Once a Warrior, Always a Warrior” etched at the bottom. It is in EX overall condition.
